Our Partners
Our main partner company is Young London Today. YLPH works closely with various housing providers to identify the best affordable accommodation for supported living arrangements. YLPH will be responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and agreeing to the lease for existing properties and future properties developed.
We work closely with Young London Today (make the name a link to the YLT website) to provide care, support and supervision where there is a formal arrangement that outlines each party's roles and responsibilities with regard to:
-
maintenance contracts
-
major repairs
-
cyclical works
-
building improvements
-
internal decorations
-
servicing contracts
-
Care, Support, and Supervision
YLPH believes that a young person’s involvement is an integral part of the continued growth and development of awareness, therefore we invite and encourage the young person within the homes to share their experience and how the service can be further developed. This includes the environmental designs of the home, operational systems, policy review and implementation of procedures.

The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) awards accreditation to reputable landlords who undergo training and comply with a code of conduct. Accredited landlords are able to display the LLAS logo as a badge of good practice and access a range of products and incentives including local authority grants, leasing schemes, and discounts on fees for licences and other charges. It was set up in 2004 as a partnership of landlord organisations, educational organisations and 33 London boroughs. Since out-of-London boroughs have joined the partnership, it is now also known as the UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership (UKLAP). Accreditation with LLAS is free. To become accredited with LLAS or UKLAP, landlords must: - complete a one-day development course - agree to comply with a code of conduct - be a fit and proper person. Accreditation lasts for five years.
