Maintenance Team
YLPH subcontracts all maintenance work to a preferred supplier Multi Trade Operatives who are skilled in a number of trades and able to tackle most maintenance and repairs across all our supported living properties.
The maintenance team will be available to services between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, outside of these times we operate a 24hr out of hours service (Including bank holidays and weekends) able to respond to emergencies and urgent repairs which cannot be delayed until the following day.
Our suppliers are familiar with the nature of the service and can respond quickly to reported maintenance issues, ensuring each situation is dealt with sensitively and flexibly, recognising the needs of the client group that we serve.
